Use of this site by marketing firms, information portals, and other career sites, intending to extract resumes for inclusion into their own resume database is strictly prohibited. The following mechanisms are in place as a means of assisting with enforcement of this restriction: 1) Resumes distributed by this site are accessible only for the duration of the purchased subscription period, after which time - the online versions of any resumes which have already been distributed will become inaccessible. 2) The quantity of resumes distributed by this site is truncated at a daily maximum of 20 resumes per meta agent. The services provided by this site are off-limits to spam marketers, MLMs, advertisers of get rich quick schemes, entities offering home based 'business opportunities', and any work opportunities that require job seekers to pay ANY kind of fee as a prerequisite. Purchasers of this service are expected to evaluate candidates based on the skills mentioned on their resume and respond accordingly. For example, it would be inappropriate to email a job opening for an accountant to hundreds of candidates who might actually have no aptitude or desire to work in the accounting field. As a mechanism for enforcing this restriction, all information sent by the purchaser via web forms located at the bottom of online resume pages may be randomly monitored. Any purchasers in violation of any of the points mentioned in this policy are subject to, but not limited to, loss of service without refund. All purchasers who are given a refund by their own request are required to forfeit the right of future purchase for a period of 12 months.
